I am totally new to this and have NO KNOWLEDGE i repeat no knowledge on how paypal works and what it does so i would please like to get informed lol , and well do they charge me for using paypal? what do they charge me for? thanks =]

No, they dont charge you for using paypal. Paypal is a service from which you can pay for your online purchases. paypal links to your bank account as well. for instance if you buy something on ebay. you send money to the seller to his email address that is linked to paypal. and the money is deducted for your bank account or credit card that is linked to your paypal account, and sent to the seller. once the seller gets the money they ship your item.
you can use it to pay for your purchase, to send money. and if your a seller, you get money on paypal. and which you can transfer to bank account which is free. or u can request a check . but that has a fee. all that info you can check on paypal after u have your account. play around wid it. its worth having it. i usually use it for my ebay purchases and skype credit.
Please, be very careful with Paypal, they hijack customer’s money so they can day-trade it and put the profit in their own pockets. So they usually use “Money on hold” or “suspicious activities” as an excuse to use their customer’s money.
Please check this out, and please notice that they advertise another product. Since I don’t know this product and I don’t know anyone who does you should distrust it too.

Hopefuly somebody in the congress will help the people who are being affected by this monopoly.
