I want to sell my Nintendo Wii on ebay, I have bought stuff using PayPal on ebay, but I never sold anything. I only put a credit card on the palpal account, no bank or anything like that.
So how does receiving money work and what do I need to do?

First chick is right. It seems a little confusing at first, but once you get into it and start messing around with it you’ll be fine.
best of luck to you.
You will have to set up an acct with Paypal to receive money. You will have to give them a bank acct or be willing to wait for a check from Paypal, which costs extra. Here’s how it works. You sell the item, send an invoice to the buyer, buyer pays you via Paypal (they can pay by debit, credit card or using the balance in their Paypal account) You can see via email messages from Paypal when the money has been received and then you can withdraw the money and transfer to your bank acct or let it sit there in Paypal for purchases etc. Paypal charges a fee for this service, about 5-8% of the selling price. This is how Paypal makes its money. Only sellers/receivers of money pay the fees, buyers do not. You should go to paypal and read up on this so that you are clear how it works.
