How Does Paypal Work?

分类: PayPal FAQ   时间: 2009-10-09   标签: , ,

I planning on paying for something online (ebay) but do I need to wait until the money is in my Paypal account or could I just put my bank account details in?

No no no. never ever give out your bank details or credit card number.
paypal is like a safety buffer, give them ur details cos they wont pass it onto any third parties who may use it maliciously.
The seller pays the paypal fees so u dont have to worry about that.
Be very very suspicious of any seller who refuses to take a paypal payment (no matter how small) or who requests that you wire funds directly.
Better to be safe rather than sorry.

You can put your bank details in.. but paypal has to certify the bank information is correct. They usually deposit a certain amount into your bank and then you verify the amount on their site. It usually takes a few days. I think using a check card/credit card with paypal goes faster. Good luck!

hi ring.mas, listen to cian o she has the right scoop this is a credit card and it works real close to e-bay what it is a credit card so you know what they say about credit cards. but more important i am not a big fan of e-bay especially to buy tech from there my nephews mother buy’s from there all of the time but i could not tell you how many times she has been ripped off but she doesn’t listen i think it makes her feel like special or something although she has been told she never listens. but at least you asked so if you are going to buy from them beware but do not buy tech from them including tv to computers the best sight i have found is http://www.overstock.com all of their stuff is new and they offer warranty’s on a lt of their stuff and it come right to your door. in other words they stand behind their products and it is safe to buy from them good luck hope i was helpful to you

    You can do either.
if you don’t have a direct debit or credit card set up (some people cannot accept credit card funded payments as they are not businesses) you must pay money in then wait for it to clear.
if you have direct debit you can pay immediately then you have th direect debit taken..
