You have to sign up for paypal first. you’ll need a valid credit card to do so. Paypal only works on ebay for those sellers who specifically state that they take payments through paypal. once you win an auction, you should be able to click on a link from your ebay email saying “pay now” and it will take you to paypal. Once at the paypal site, you just enter in your information and submit your payment. A lot faster than mailing a money order
