I bought something on ebay and the person cannot ship it to arrive by Christmas so she refunded my money back through paypal. The refund shows up in my paypal transactions but it doesn’t show up online in my bank account. Shouldn’t this be a instant transaction because when you pay for something on Paypal it shows up right away on your account.

You need to withdraw it from paypal to your bank account first. Then it takes 3-4 days to reach your bank.
No this is not an instant transaction and it will take a few days to show on your account:- and it can take up to 10 days but very rarely does it take that long, it daft i no coz it goes out quick enough
