Ok … i just setup my paypal account and i thought since u had to add all ur bank info that the funds that are in your bank account would equal the funds shown on your paypal page. Right now my funds on paypal says I have $0 dollars. Do i have transfer money out of my account into the paypal account everytime i want to buy something?

Usually I just use my credit card for my paypal and when i purchase something it comes off your credit card, but if you want to have advance credit on there you just have to transfer some money onto it, otherwise it will just take the money out of your bank accounts when you buy something or need to pay for something.
Paypal is not your personal banking account. Transfer funds from the banking account to paypal.
