Okay, how do u transfer money to other peoples bank account using paypal?Like I’m from US and want to transfer money to a person’s bank account in Singapore. How do u do that? They gave me their account number but idk how. Plus I don’t have a bank account. I’m new at using paypal.

if you don’t have a bank account yourself . . . there isn’t a way to “transfer” funds. If you have a credit card you’ll be able to do the transaction from their web link in pay pal.
Plus, newer ways of doing things are changing every day. Check in with Pay Pal directly and ask them what they suggest considering that you don’t have a bank account.
Why would you be transferring money directly into their bank account? That sounds a little fishy to me. Even when making an online purchase and paying by credit card, the money does not go directly into the merchant’s bank account.
