I dont want to transfer from a bank account, I just want to use my credit card to add funds. I already added the credit card info on my paypal account but I dont know how to add funs into the paypal balance

You cannot — there’s no direct way to withdraw your Paypal funds straight to a credit card
You can
- withdraw the funds through check (you pay a fee for every check issued) or to a bank account
- once you receive the money, pay it to your credit card
Or you can get a Paypal debit card
