Just give them your Paypal email address and request them to send payment to your address
OR
You can log in to Paypal and then click on REQUEST PAYMENT tab which will allow you to create an invoice. Send it to the person and the email will contain links on how to pay you
Then make sure you connect your Paypal to your checking account. Paypal will verify the account first by depositng 2 small amounts. Once verified, you can withdraw the money in about 2-3 business days
