I’m making a paypal account and I can’t seem to find a place to “add money to account”. I’ve clicked on “add funds” and it says that I must put my “bankings account”. Is there any way I use paypal without a bankings account?

You can enter a credit card as your backup funding source, this way if you do not have available funds then it will charge your credit card.
