I have emails that I can prove to PayPal that the buyer was in the wrong. How do I go about providing this evidence? Do I just do a simple copy and paste? PayPal can accept PAPER documentation if I scan it. Since I don’t have paper documentation and only email, how do I provide proof? Thanks in advance!

This happened to me and i just copied and pasted, you have to be abrupt but not cheeky, especially if you know you are in the right. Any chance this happened within ebay
In all honesty you can’t. Regardless if you email it in or fax it in they do not take it into account. They look for solid proof such as proof of shipping or verifiable documentation. Emails are not verifiable documentation and they consider it here say.
i would just forward the emails to them.
