With paypal they make a small deposit into your bank account, like 7 cents. You then check your bank account and “verify” your bank account with paypal by telling them the amount they put in your bank account. Then you are ready to go. You are then a verified user.
That said, to make purchases via credit card for ebay you do not need to do that and you should be good to go by just signing up.
Just read the ebay and paypal instructions on their own websites. Its very easy. All you have to do for the paypal account is put your credit card number on it and once you do something on ebay it lets you sign into your account on paypal and you’re done. If you are going to have an Ebay business (like I do) then you will also want to verify your bank account with Paypal. But as I said, all instructions are on the sites in great detail!
its really eay, im sure u did it right. Once u fill out all the info, they deposit 2 different amounts into your account and u have to tell them what they are in order for them to authenticate ur bank account. once u do that ur ready to go
