I sold something on ebay and i i saw that the money had been paid. i was wondering how long it took to actually have the money in my paypal account?
Also, how would you get a PP debit card since i do not have a bankaccount?

No, Ive tried already. I am a seller on eBay and tried to get a paypal debit card so I didn’t have to wait for the money to be mailed to me as a check. They wouldn’t let me until I had a confirm credit/debit card because if you over spend, they need to take the money out from different sources. Plus security reasons.
It’s impossible, because I think PP is getting financial weakeness in the past 4 months when they try to withhold more money for many Ebay transactions to increase their position of interest free cash flow. Phone lines of customer services have been very busy recently especially month-end cycle.
