I sold something on eBay and am waiting for payment to process through Paypal, I told the person that I’d send thier item once payment posted to my account, they said ok and that they sent payment but it says I haven’t claimed it yet? So how do I claim that?

Go to your account by signing in and click on “withdraw”, it then gives you 6 options. choose one and just fill out the information it requests.
Also if you have received a notification email but cannot find the payment in your PayPal account it could be from one or more of the following reasons:
1. You have changed your email address in your PayPal account profile but not in your payment buttons
2. You or your buyer have misspelled your email address. The email address must be exactly the same.
3. You have entered a new email address on your website but have not added or confirmed the new email address to your PayPal account.
Did you by chance use a different paypal email on your ebay listing? If so just add that email address to the paypal account and you can claim it. I’ve had that happen before.
