I have $5000 to withdraw from my PayPal account but I don’t understand how to Transfer it to my Bank account. Also how do I get a router number from my Bank?

You have to add your bank to your profile and get it accepted. Paypal sends 2 deposits into your account. It takes a few days. Once that is posted you need to check your account and see those amounts. Go back to Paypal and verify your bank account by entering the amounts of the deposits.
The routing number for a bank can be obtained from a check for your account. Its a 9 digit number. You can always check with your bank as well.
