I have a paypal, and I’ve added a mastercard to it. I want to withdraw my funds from paypal, to my mastercard.

You can’t funds can only be transferred to a bank account if you don’t have one you will have to get a check from them.
It is not possible to withdraw funds from a PayPal account to a credit or debit card. Your only options are to add a checking account and have them electronically deposit the funds into your account or request a check be mailed to you.
