I’m pulling my hair out trying to find out how, as I know a friend of mine can use his prepaid card with Paypal. Everytime I try to add the card I get this:
Your credit card has not been added because your issuing bank does not support checking the billing address of this card. If you have further questions, please contact your issuing bank. Please add a different card.

If you’re using a gift card then you’ll have problems. You need to use a reloadable debit card such as the All-Access Card:http://www.allaccesscard.com/
This is a personalized card is sent to your home address and it works just like a bank card so will work with PayPal. You can also reload it as many times as you want (even from PayPal).
