I tried to send $30 to my account this week and waited 3 days. While waiting, i entered my account this week and it told me I made 2 deposits and needed to enter USD cents. I didn’t understand it but i tried anyway. Now it says my transfer was canceled. Why? Now i’ve retried adding my bank account and it says i need to add a new one or contact Customer service. What do i do?
Do I call my bank? Add a joint-person??
Talk to paypal again?

I would think you need to call Paypal customer service and tell them you would like to attempt to reverify that account.
What happens after you add it is that within 3-5 days two small deposits will appear in your Wachovia account. You then go BACK to the Paypal bank account screen, select verify, and put in the amounts of each of those deposits – then you can withdrawal from Paypal on a whim.
To reach Paypal’s service center, click on the tiny “contact us” link at the bottom of any screen (once you’ve logged in). Then select “call our service center” and it’ll give you a phone number and a pin linked to your account.
Contact customer service at your bank. Tell them what the problem might be.
