I am a ebay buyer and every time I pay for an item it takes the money from my savings. How do I stop it from doing this where exactly in the paypal site do I go to stop this from happening?

If you don’t want Paypal to take money from your savings, then connect it with another account such as your checking account. Or your credit card.
Or don’t buy anything using Paypal. Paypal has to take money from you somewhere if you are paying by Paypal, so connect your account with the source of funds you’d like to be used for paying such things as ebay purchases
Do not keep any money in your paypal account. That’s always the first source money will be drawn from.
When paying for an item, paypal tells you what the source of the funding will be. In this area, you will have an option to change the source.
If you have only linked a bank account linked to paypal, it will always use that account. If you want to pay by credit card, you will need to supply paypal with that info and pay attention to your funding source.
You have to change the account number you have registered. When you buy it should give you a payment option then paypal lets you select accounts or add a new account, most people use check or credit cards
