I’m thinking about opening an online store on my website through PayPal, but before I commit to anything, I need to know: How do I ship purchased items once people have paid for them through PayPal? Is PayPal involved in the shipping process? Do I just take the information presented by the customer and ship to that address? What happens if I don’t ship the purchased items? Answers to these and any other common questions pertaining to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

paypal doesn’t do shipping – you can go from it to make mailing labels for USPS but thats about it. you will need to coordinate getting the items to the post office/UPS/FedEx (or picked up)
don’t ship is called fraud and stealing from the buyer. And paypal will freeze your account.
ask paypal about shipping. If you sell something on the net and don`t ship keeping the money you will go to prison for internet fraud
You need to communicate with your buyer. After you’ve been paid, send them an email asking them to confirm their address. You could print the USPS shipping label off of Paypal, but I prefer to hand write it myself at the post office. I pay a little extra (just a couple of dollars) for Priority Shipping. You can ask the postal clerk for a tracking number. Then you can email it to your buyer, this way they can track the package as it’s delivered to them. This also gives you credibility and makes the buyer trust that you’re sending their purchase.
I’ve used USPS Priority Shipping and I’ve gone to the UPS store too. They charge more, but they’ll also be able to ensure your package gets there.
You should always back up your sale with a good delivery. You want your Ebay rating to be high and an honest seller gets repeat buyers and good feedback.
Paypal just tells you the addres…to ship, most people look for this place I like to call a post office and ship to provided adresses.
its alot easier doing it yourself at the post office. paypal wants you to print your own labels and they take that out of your bank! do yourself a favor,,pack it ..and let the post office do the rest. just make sure you get a confirmation number for your buyer so they can track it . believe me..i sell a little on ebay myself!
