I have linked my paypal account to my debit account. The debit account is a savings account.
Will my money be transfered to the seller on ebay through an echeck which takes a long time or will it be instant money transfer?
It it isn’t instant money transfer how can I set that up?

I have the same arrangement and make frequent ebay payments through paypal and my bank account. The payments made are instantly and the seller usually ackowledges this within a matter of minutes via e-mail.
I find it a safe and straightforward system.
My advice to you is to immediately unlink your **** from paypal, and follow up with the bank on this matter.
Purchase a visa card, like greendot, and use it for online purchases.
By doing so, you only expose to the Internet the pre-paid value of the card, and not your entire savings account.
I warn you again: unlink yourself from paypal, and do so through your bank.
Should be instant. Ask the seller if he got it right away.
