I tried to last night, and it told me I needed to add funds before I would be able to complete the transaction. I have a credit card attached to the account and I’ve never had this problem before. Any help?

You need to choose you credit card as the funding method. If it says that the card has not been verified, you need to verify it by finding out the amounts that paypal deposited onto your card.
To make it simpler, you need to add a bank acct to paypal.
Make sure your credit card is valid and has funds in it to initaite a transaction. Get verified by adding your bank account to avoid getting your account limited.
Most transaction problems relate to either unverified accounts or incorrect / incomplete financial details.
