I sold my phone on ebay and i did not deliver and now she has jut claimed her money back paypal has paid to her it says when i open my paypal account to Restore your balance in overview but i can’t find it does anyone no how they can find it please.

click on the tab that says send money -type in the persons paypal email address and the amount you need to send and what it is for etc -it should all be pretty straight forward
Ok from what I am reading you sold the phone, she paid you, then you did not send her the phone. The only way you can get the money back is to deliver the goods.she bought and since you did not deliver the first time I doubt she will want to try again.
You dropped the ball not her. To get money back into pay pal you have to transfer money into the account via a checking account or credit card. It should be the account you signed up with.
But you don’t have problems with just pay pal now. You have it with eBay also if you sold on eBay. By selling on eBay you entered a contract with the buying bidder to deliver what you said you were going to sell. The only way to correct that is to contact eBay via a customer service link and explain why you did not ship out what was sold.
I had a problem but it was because USPS lost the package. I had to go into my account with pay pal and refund the money. Go to eBay and mark as unpaid item, then we had to both agree not to go through with the sale.
So basically you can go into pay pal and find her email addy. It will be on your transaction list. If she already asked for money back and pay pal gave it to her, there is not much you can do unless you both agree to follow through with the sell.
Also try going into sold item and contact buyer. Send her a note and explain why you did not send out the phone. If she decides to go ahead with the sale the have her repay your pay pal account. Then this time send it out to her.
if there is a dispute already filed against you and you see a negative balance on your paypal account, you can click on “Add Funds” on on My account to restore the negative balance. But it would be better to contact their customer service to clear up your name in PayPal
there’s an option to “add funds” that will allow you to clear it, you may need to add a card or bank account though.
Do as “whats-my” said and if you are not sure ask the person for her e-mail address she uses for paypal.
