i have a visa giftcard for 50 bucks, i also have a paypal account. i registered the visa card on paypal, but am not seeing the money. i also bidded on an item on ebay, so i need the money on my paypal account. how do i get the money on there?

You can’t transfer money from a credit card to paypal. When you register your card, it is basically used to pay for stuff as a backup. When it comes to pay for your ebay purchase, it will see you have no money in paypal and then attempt to use your backup, which is your credit card. If the credit card fails, then it tries your bank account, assuming you’ve registered your bank with them…
