I transfered money to someone through paypal and it told me that it was an” instant transfer”. However, he did not recieve it and I learned that it will take a few days. Now he was supposed to send me some files in exchange for the money, but he doesn’t believe that I sent it. I need the files now, so how can I prove to him that I sent him the money and that he will receive it?
Thanks!

Easy. File a buyer complaint on the transaction. He either will or wont see the reversal on his end. If he does not then obviously he gave you the wrong email address. If he does then make him refund the money and resend the payment. DO NOT CANCEL THE CLAIM. You can only file a claim on a transaction once. Therefore if he does sees it and acknowledges and you cancel the claim, if he doesn’t send the files you have just lost money and you will not receive a item.
It should be easy… Locate the transaction details in your transaction “history file” and you can send him the transaction ID# as proof. All transactions are kept in your history file in your PayPal account.
Good Luck!
Go back to your paypal account and check your history.
Click on the transaction and you can copy and paste the transaction I.D. #.
Double check his email if it was not a direct link. YOu may have entered his email wrong.
Try paypal help topics.
im pretty sure paypal is a safe means of transfer currency so unless there was a human error on your part as far as filling in the information…he has received the money. I’ve heard of people who scam with paypal on sites such as Ebay where they will not deliver the product. You can report the man to paypal if you beleive this is the case.
Go back to your pay pal account and check your history.
or go to the back so they can approve you
The bank that you are using for the instant transfer should be able to provide you proof of the payment even if he won’t see it for a few days.
dont pay him twice he could be trying to get extra money out of you. send an email to the company you went through ask for soem information, ask them qustions.
