I already tied my account to my bank one, but I now need to add a credit/debit card, when I click on the link it asks information for a Credit card not for a Debit card… It also asks for a CSC code and I can’t find that in my card…

CSC code is the 3-digit code on the back of your credit card. Most debit card has credit card company backing up the card. Input the debit card number.
To pay by pay pal with a debit card use the card issued with your Current Account (sounds to me like you already did this)
To pay using your Credit Card, all you need to do is register it as your second card.
……..therefore when paying from your pay pal account click either your first registered card (Current Account) or click your second registered card (Credit Card) ……and pay pal will debit whichever card you select.
The CSC code may be on the back of either card…..there are usually 4 numbers, followed by 3 numbers……IT IS THE 3 NUMBERS YOU QUOTE.

You need to go to your bank and order one that will work online and has a 3 digit code on the back. Take your card with you. Tell them what you want to do with your card.
CSC code stands for Card Security Code, It is generally the last three digits at the back of your card,
Alternatively u can also set up a direct debit to overcome these problems
