I have a paypal account at xxxx@gmail.com
that paypal account is going to be limited for 180 days
I want to create another paypal account and is it possible to use xxxx@gmail.com
I can change the email address on the first account.
How do I do this?

I have to paypal accounts. What i did, i’m not sure if it will work for you but I have 2 bank accounts and 2 debit cards.
I made an account with one e-mail with 1 bank account info and another with #2 email the other bank account info.
i’ve had it for about 2 years now and nothing has been reported yet.
Add another email address(yyyy@test.com) to the first account.
Change the primary email address to yyyy@test.com on the first account.
Remove the xxxx@gmail.com from the first email account.
You should be able to create a new account with xxxx@gmail.com
