How Do I May The Buyer Send The Item Back Before I Give Them A Refund On Paypal?

There is a negative balance on my paypal because a buyer disputed the item. It just happened today. I want him to send the item back first before I send him the refund, he will of course have to give tracking info to paypal. I have done this before, returned an item with tracking to get my refund..
However when I go to paypal, there is no option to make him give me the item back for a refund, so what do I do?
