i dont have credit card and i was wondering whether ANZ bank or Western Australia bank in australia can work with paypal. what i mean is,every time i shop online, they will deduct the amount i shop from my bank account. can i do so? how? i have no idea how to use paypal.

PayPal is simple. Sign up and link to your bank account. Just follow the instructions.
I think paypal is so easy and when you sign up, go to my financial information and follow the instructions. you can add debit card if you dont have a credit card.
They can issue a debit card for you too.
I BELIEVE you can link PayPal with things other than credit card, such as a debit card for example. Howver, credit card is positively the preferred way since it offers you the most protection–in other words, if you get gyped it’s very EZ to get chargeback protection and get your money back from a credit card company. If you can’t qualify for a regular credit card, I’d suggest you obtain a pre-paid card.
