I heard that when your funds with paypal are on hold awaiting positive feedback or delivery confirmation. that if you refund like .01 cent $1 or something like that an say you overcharged on shipping or fast payment refund.the hold on the rest of your money will be released instantly. does this still work?

not that i know you have to receive positive feedback for them to release it or if the buyer don’t leave feedback you get it when they time lapses so long as they don’t file a dispute
