when you set up paypal it asks for your bank account information, and then it verifies that this account is real.
when someone pays you, it goes into your paypal accoutn first, when you login to the site it will show you a balance just like a bank account would. you can then use the moeny in there to pay for items on ebay, or you can set up a transfer and put the money into your bank account. it takes about two days from the time you tell them to put it in your account to show up there,
You can get a PayPal debit card or transfer the funds back to the bank account that you connected the PayPal account to when you first set it up.
