first did you fund your paypal account with bank account
if you
then all you do is go the paypal website and transfer the money from paypal
to your bank account (takes about 2 days) then you can withdraw the money from the bank account
(if you funded it via credit card
then I belive you have to ask paypal to send you a check (which takes longer and there is fee for that)
