PayPal can be contacted directly at 1-888-221-1161.
Please keep in mind, you must be the account holder and your name must be on the account. If the account is in your spouse’s (ex spouse’s name) you are better off to completely close it in order to remove your personal financials, and then open a new account in your own name with your financials. The account can be closed from the “profile” page.

Log in to your account.
Change the password in your profile.
