I have a paypal account and I am trying to confirm the address on it so I can make purchases I dont have a credit card and dont plan on getting one I do have a bank account and thats how I add funds to my paypal account so is there a different way to confirm the address on papal?

You have to have a credit card on file with a billing address that matches your mailing address.
