Go to your Paypal transaction
Your payment should be PENDING
Click on it or the drop down box and there should be a selection for cancelling payment.
this happened to me before, you can not cancel a pending payment on paypal, I know its a bummer, so what i did was call them and i told me that there basically nothing they can do about it so just call them and see what they say first and if they can help you, they try to put a stop payment from your bank. Hope this helps.
