it was for $120 to ebay fees. I then made a $120 credit card payment, because i realized that i didn’t want the $120 charged to the bank account but i wanted the payment to go through immediately. What will happen with the paypal payment i already made? is there a way to cancel it?

I am pretty sure you can go to Paypal and cancel a payment on the website.
call your bank and put a stop payment on it
