How Do I Avoid Getting Scammed As A Paypal Seller?

I’m going to sell a video game account to some guy for $250 via paypal, but I heard about something called a “chargeback” scam… what is that? How do i protect myself against being scammed when i’m dealing strictly with something digital, that I can’t get shipping confirmation on?

You can’t. Just buy from sellers with a high star rating and if you buy from someone with a low seller rating (10 and below) make sure you pay no more than $200 total as this is the limit paypal will reimburse you (might have changed since then).
I got scammed once from someone who had a star rating of zero. I contacted Paypal, I got my money within a week.
As for charge back, it is when the buyer files a dispute by saying your product was faulty or that they never received the product and they get their money back and you get charged.
With you sending your account info to the guy, I am not sure how it would work, but my guess would be that paypal would somehow acquire the account info from you in order for them to give it to your buyer, resulting in you not getting charged for the dispute.
