In trying to resolve a payment deposit problem to my PayPal account they need to send me an email that I must respond to. They (PayPal) have attempted to do this several times but the email has never arrived. They have determined that in order for me to receive it my filter must be adjusted.

Put a paypal email in your email contact list.
turn off your spam filter, check your spam box for the emails
It depends on what type of email you are using.
