I have my bank account verified with PayPal and the deposits went through. I entered the amounts to verify it. Now I want to put some money in it and when I click “add funds” it brings me to the page to add a bank account. If I enter my account information again it tells me this account is already registered. If I click withdraw funds my account shows. What gives?

You can ad funds from your bank account to your PayPal account by clicking on “Add Funds” on the My Account Page. It normally takes 5 to 7 business days for the transfer. Although it’s not necessary to add funds to your PayPal account because PayPal automatically debits the bank account for your transaction.
If you click on “Add Funds” and it still gives you the page to add a bank account, check if you have successfully added the bank account before. Go to My Account>Edit Profile>Bank Accounts and check if you see the bank being registered. Also try to clear the cache and cookies on your browser since most of PayPal errors are because of browser problems. You can also contact their customer service on the website
