We have recieved money like this before from people but now I am trying to send money to someone but I don’t see the option to send as “Money Owed”? I think if you send money through paypal as “Money Owed” the recieving party doesn’t pay any paypal fees?Thanks

If the person you send the money to has a premier or business account, they will pay a fee. If the person you send the money to has a personal account, they don’t.
