When i registered 4 paypal it asked for my routing number which i dont have (im only 14) then i chose another option then it asked for my social security number…. and i dont know that either… is there a possible way i can still use the money my friend donated to me??? and how?

A routing number is required to deposit the money into your checking or savings account. You would also need the account number and would need to verify that it is your account.
You could also have the money sent to you in the form of a check, however, they want your social security number so that they may verify your identity. New laws established in 2001 require banking and financial institutions to confirm your identity to ensure that you are not trying to launder illegal funds or not sending money to someone who is legally prohibited from receiving U.S. funds.
Maybe you can ask your parent or guardian for your social security number? You are required to have one if you are over the age of 5 and you’re getting close to an age where you are going to need to know your SS# for various things.
You can’t have a PayPal account or any business account anywhere at 14 years of age.
