If you have opened a Paypal dispute, the Seller will be given around 7 days to either refund in full of his own accord; or dispute it (depending on the reasons for the dispute)
If it needs to be escalated Paypal will review the case and decide the outcome.
If it is your favour don’t worry even if the Seller cleans out his account; Paypal will refund you and chase the Seller for the money.
Paypal will keep you informed of the procedures
