Pay-pal is usually funded through a credit card or bank account. I don’t think there’s an address to send in a money order. You’d have to check out the pay-pal site to find out for sure.
My pay-pal account is not verified. I use it all the time on e-bay. They probably *prefer* you to verify your account, but they can’t *make* you do so. Also, pay-pal can be used on other sites, but if it’s not verified, your transaction may not go through.
Yes you can use PP without being verified. You are limited on the amount of money you can send depending on what country you live in. I believe that in the US you can send 2k before you must verify your bank account.
You can not use money orders to fund PP.
