At 13 ask Mom and Dad and maybe they will set you up and account with their charge card. Otherwise you do not need an account that they know nothing about.
This is a non-issue. You can’t legally open a Paypal account for another 5 years–at which point you will have a bank account.
If you lied and opened an account anyway, contact customer support so they can shut it down.
I don’t think you can.. You need a credit card for that..
