How Can I Stop Paypal From Refusing My Solo Card?

I just got my solo card and it works fine, i can buy off itunes but when i try to register on paypal it just says that my card has been refused!
How can i fix this?

hi, i had the same problem when paying for an item off ebay, but in the end i selected pay using card instead of regestering with paypal, filled in the same info and hey presto….paypal account….hope that helps

It maybe that they don’t accept Solo !!!

I had this problem with my solo card too.. in the end I had to ring paypal and they sorted it.. It turns out I had registered with payapl before but never used it and forgot about it so the card was registered on a different account.

Sorry, i don’t know why paypal would not accept your card, but i do know that you CAN use a solo with paypal. I recently (3 weeks ago) used mine with paypal on Ebay.

you can’t fix it , i do not think Paypal accepts Solo cards yet You will need a different make of card

Ring them. Their helpline is normally very good.
