Paypal says to lift my limit of how much money i want to send i have to verify a bank account. Right now the limit for sending is at zero. How do i change this?

There are 3 limits with PP. They are:
Sending limit
Receiving limit and
Withdrawal limit
Depends on your location. Some countries only need to enter a cc and it’s instant verification. If you’re in the US, just enter a credit card and confirm your email address. That gives you the ability to send money even though your status is “unverified”. Confirming your email address means you have to click on the link in the email you received from PP when you signed up.
Since I’m aiming for best answer, the receiving and withdrawal limits are the ones you will encounter if you plan to sell in the future. Adding and confirming a bank account is the only way to lift the withdrawal limit and upgrading to a premier or business account is the way to lift the receiving limit. Downgrading back to a personal account is only allowed once in the lifetime of the account.
