I can’t remember the password for this old Paypal account and I can’t recover it because I moved several times after I made this account. Long story short, I can’t recover it in any way shape or form…
So is there a way to remove by B of A account from my old Paypal? If so, how? Can this be done online at Bankofamerica.com?

You cannot do this online from BankofAmerica.com. It must be done from Paypal.com, but you can’t access that. If you are really concerned, close out your BankofAmerica account and get a new account number.
Once you give out your account number to any business, it is impossible to retrieve it. Of course you had no choice with PayPal.
