Alright, i put a credit card on my paypal, and it says it wants to confirm it, and so they took 1.95 from my creditcard and will give it back once it is confirmed. After that i cancelled my card, and i want to get my money back. is their anyway how?

If you cancelled your card before they had returned your $1.95, then chances are it’s gone for good.
(What did you do that for, anyway? It doesn’t seem to make any sense.)
Pay Pal is a very big scam. I got ripped off over 2 thousand dollars. I sold something on ebay and sent it to them and alls they had to do is click dispute sell. They said I never sent the item. I used regular mail so I didn’t have a tracking number. Everyone needs to beware of paypal.
