I want to buy something on a website but they only take PayPal payments. I do not have regular access to a credit card and was wondering if I could somehow pay for it anonymously as in paying for it and then deleting the account without it having accessed any of my personal information.

Buy a prepaid credit/debit card, the non-reloadable kind. Register it with not-completely-creditable information, & use it. This is totally anonymous since the information is not accurate & can not be traced to you. Also, the credit/debit card, being non-reloadable, has a defined balance that can not be exceeded.
I agree, I dont think you can pay it anonymously. If you dont have regular access to a credit card, they only way to go is by using Paypal. Besides they (the website you trying to get your stuff) will only have access to your email address and not your account information.

Paypal will only give the seller the name of the buyer and address and phone number. Credit card information will not be given to the seller, but they will receive payment anyway
