How can I use the available 175 i have, and then use the difference from a visa credit card?

It will automatically take the money from your available credit, then use the card or account registered as a “back up” for the remainder.
should be easy. You select these options when you pay for the item. It’ll give you an option to use your paypal balance first, then probably it will ask you to debit your bank account for the $2.90. Don’t do that, instead, switch that “debit” option to a credit card. You will then enter the card number, and it should charge your card for the $2.90. It’s all there on the screen when you pay for the item.
